If you're looking to stay close to Venice at an affordable rate, this is it! Clean, modern room. A small kitchenette. Close to the train station to get you in and out of Venice. I lucked out big time when I found this spot online. I would 100% stay here again if I was visiting Venice. The staff was friendly and they have an Italian/American breakfast available too which consisted of pastries, meats, cheeses, pancakes, coffee and juice.

This place has been a great accommodation spot! Very close to Mestre train station (a short walk), it allows you to easily get to Venice by train. The studio we got was spacious and had all required - a greatly equipped kitchenette, a living area with a dressing that included an iron and ironing table and everything seemed nice and clean.

Very helpful staff including andreea big thanks to her as well as all the other staff very helpful and helped with any assistance or requests we had, checkout is also at 11am but you can extend for €12.50 per hour until 3 which is really helpful. Location is also a 5 min walk from major train station, had seen a lot of people complain about hearing the train noises from their room but we were on the 5th floor facing the side building and didn’t hear the trains as much Rooms are also clean which is a big plus and you can always go to reception to ask for things you need e.g towels toilet paper Overall had a great experience at this hotel, everything was a amazing, if you are travelling from another country be aware of the city tax but it isn’t much we paid €4 for 2 people

Really loved this place, it’s quirky, clean with super friendly staff. Rose was one of the concierge who served us and was really lovely, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, just like the rest of the staff. Our apartment had a king size bed, a balcony, a sitting room area with dining table and two sofa beds, that were divided from the bedroom by a curtain. Tv, kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher. Our bathroom had a large shower with soap and lots of towels. A real cute space We were concerned we would be too far from Venice island, but we were super shocked how quick and easy it is to get there. We bought a 3 day pass that allowed us to go on any bus, tram or boat to get around. From our apartment to Venice took 10mins - the best buses were the 7 & 2, 4L required a bit of a walk but still an option. The apartment is 4mins from Spar shopping centre and McDonald’s, and two minutes from the bus & train station. The apartment views are the railway … so if you’re looking for great views this won’t be for you. I would definitely stay here again and because of my experience I would be more likely to chose a stay city wherever I travel. Unfortunately forgot to take pics
